WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I'VE FORGOTTEN TO USE MY PROMOTIONAL CODE?

No problem! Just let us know through email including the screenshot of your order number and purchase list, and the proof of your owned promo code. 

This case is only eligible for the customers who've received their own discount code ahead of purchase. After those are clearly checked you will be able to receive the amount of money back to your PayPal. 

 

CAN YOU DELIVER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS? 

Yes. For example if you choose to have your parcel delivered to you at work, always make sure you put the name of the company or organisation in the address field, as well as the contact name to ensure your parcel is successfully delivered. But if some cases happened to move to other place after the item is already on its delivery process, we aren't capable of changing the situation. So make sure to choose the place carefully when you're having a schedule for travel or to move, within one or two months.

 

HOW DO I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Once you've placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message, which will contain your order number. We will also send you an email to confirm your order has been placed, this information could take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox. Once our team at the warehouse have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Our warehouse ships out orders on a rolling basis, Monday-Friday. Orders typically ship within 30-40 business days after they've been placed. Friday afternoon and weekend orders typically ship out on Mondays. For standard shipping, orders within the continental U.S. should arrive within 40 business days on a bad day, within 30 or less on a good day.

  

RETURNS

RETURN POLICY AND PROCESS

You can request a return or exchange up to 21 days after your order was placed. All returns must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged.

 

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We know how important you order is, so we aim to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our refund policy.


PLEASE NOTE,

  • Items purchased during a sale or above half percent of discount purchases are not eligible for return, unless otherwise noted.
  • Exchanges, and/or refunds will be issued only after returned goods have been received and inspected by our warehouse to confirm they meet our return-eligible criteria.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days to receive and process your return request after your return package has been shipped.
  • If you’re returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s proportionally discounted price, not the standard full price of the item.
  • Damaged returns and returns sent back without prior authorization will be returned to sender.
