  • Coppola's online returns portal can only be used to return items purchased online at

  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).

  • Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unwashed, and remained with unharmed condition.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.

  • Coppola is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several weeks to reach us if returning from an international location. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is delivered to our Distribution Center. 

Helpful Hint: Coppola is not responsible for returns until they reach our Distribution Center in Ansan-si, Korea. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Coppola will not issue store credit for your returns.


Our company is operated for all the clients around the world. That said, our delivery process and product status are thoroughly reviewed.

Free shipping is our main service, and the time gap varies from 14 to 45 days depending on each customers location. Protecting every customers personal information is considered to be our primary responsibility. If the orders are not received within 60 days will be a subject to a full refund.
